Today we assigned classroom jobs for the first time.
We put sticky notes with our names on them to show the states we were born in and also states we have visited. Lots of sticky notes in the four corners!
We will be reading The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe in Guided Reading.
We also did a science experiment testing density and learning the scientific method. Ask your child about it!
There was no assigned homework today, except to study math facts. The other assignments we did in class were only homework if your child did not finish. We will begin our Read and Respon Logs tomorrow.
